"The Radiohead of Organizing"

About meHi, I’m Zach. I’ve been organizing my parents’ spice cabinet for fun since I was ten years old. I have a knack for streamlining systems, turning chaos into order. I’ll work with you to get rid of stuff you don’t need, and arrange the stuff you do need in a practical, beautiful way.
Your environment reflects your mind, so an organized space can reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and bring a reclaimed sense of power, lightness, spaciousness, and energy to pursue what’s meaningful to you. It’s not an exaggeration to say that one organization session can improve your health, relationships, business prospects, and life in general. How it works / pricingI charge $70/hr with a two-hour minimum. Most sessions take at least 3-4 hours, but we'll make a game plan before starting to make sure you’re comfortable with the process, time, and budget.I like to keep things simple: First, we’ll sort all of your clutter into three piles: Donate, trash, and keep. Then, we’ll organize everything that’s left.A lot of professional organizers will try to sell you “organizing solutions”—i.e. a bunch of expensive stuff from the Container Store. I like to work with what you already have, which is likely more than enough. Of course, I’m also happy to suggest useful things to optimize the system we come up with.I live in Bushwick, but can travel anywhere in NYC. I do apartments, offices, garages—really, any space. No mess is too big or small.Next stepsI’d love to chat with you for 15 minutes (totally free) to get a sense of your goals and see if we’re a good fit. —Andy, Williamsburg“I had worked with five other organizers to get rid of clutter. But no one helped as much as Zach and his kind but efficient style of organization. He’s positive, earnest and will help you make the most of your space. He also has a great sense for setting up a method that feels freeing and makes the energy in the each room flow nicely. I would highly recommend.”
- Laura, Harlem“Zach is reliable and trustworthy. He has a knack for decluttering with professionalism, kindness and a total lack of judgement, really. Plus he’s fun to be around. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”
- Satisfied customer, Park Slope"Working with Zach was such a refreshing experience. From the start, he was super communicative and clearly invested in helping me find the right solutions for my space and preparations for moving. The video consultation was thoughtful—he really took the time to understand my needs and suggest custom ideas that would actually work for my space.Beyond just organizing, Zach genuinely cares. He even followed up with helpful resources on minimalism that were totally aligned with what we talked about. After working with him, I feel like I’m twenty pounds (of clothes!) lighter—everything feels calmer and more intentional. I’d absolutely recommend working with him if you’re looking to simplify, reset, or just get your home feeling right."
